There is a new promotion running at Pokerstars. It’s called the Million Dollar Challenge, and it gives players a chance to play on TV against Pokerstars Pro team member Daniel Negreanu. The best part is that you can qualify for free.
Four times per day, at 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, and 11pm ET, you can play in the Pokerstars Million Dollar Challenge freeroll tournaments. Play in as many as you like, and if you get into the top 10 in any of them, you need to make a 2 minute video telling Pokerstars why they should pick you to be on the show. Players who are chosen will head to a TV studio to play in a series of heads-up tournaments, while getting coached by Negreanu.
During the heads-up tournaments, you can win up to $25,000. Then you’ll have the choice to take the money or continue playing for bigger stakes. If you continue, you’ll play against Daniel and winners will get $100,000. There is still more after that, and a chance to win $1 million.
To play in the Pokerstars Million Dollar Challenge:
1/ Write down Pokerstars marketing code PSA1044 and bonus code Stars600. You will be asked for these during the registration and deposit process. Used together, new players can get the brand-new Pokerstars bonus of 100% up to $600. More information about the Pokerstars first deposit bonus and clearing requirements.
3/ Register your new account and make your first deposit.
4/ Go to the Pokerstars lobby and click on ‘Tourney’, then ‘Regional’. You’ll see the Million Dollar Challenge freerolls listed there.
